Australasian Sleep Association · Sleep Health Action Plan

The Australasian Sleep Association had a Sleep Health Action Plan: a practical guide to help people get the sleep care they need. The Association brought CrispFX in to turn it into an explainer, working directly with its project manager.

The brief

The plan is a dense document. The video had to make it feel personal and easy to act on, for people who may be struggling with sleep and the health professionals who support them.

The approach

I broke the plan down into simple, easy-to-follow visuals, so it reads as clear steps rather than a dense list of recommendations. Warm colours, simple icons for the common things that affect sleep, and the plan document itself brought in as a hero object, so viewers know exactly what to go and find.

The Association launched it in February 2025 with an email to its network, sending people to the plan on its website.
