ReturnToWorkSA wanted to help people recovering from a workplace injury see what work they could move into next. The content existed as slide decks. TOTLD, then CP&C, brought CrispFX in to turn it into something people could use.
The brief
The tool had to be simple enough for anyone, work inside Microsoft's platform, and keep growing as new job roles were added.
The approach
I designed and built My Skills Match and a companion app in Microsoft Power Apps. You start with a welcome screen, choose your top five skills, and get a list of matching roles, each with a job description you can open or print.
The apps went through several rounds of feedback, and new job roles were added over time without rebuilding.

- Later updates adding new job roles
