A golden sizzle for one of college football's biggest rivalries.

Texas v Oklahoma is one of the biggest rivalries in college football. SEC Network wanted a sizzle to build the hype, and STN Digital brought CrispFX in to cut and animate it.
The brief
The piece needed to feel big in under half a minute, put the Golden Hat trophy front and centre, and work vertically for social.
The approach
It opens on a rapid photo flash of past Golden Hat winners, then cuts hard into game highlights. Gold light, flares and glow tie it together and build to the Red River Rivalry lock-up of OU v Texas.
Cutting for vertical first means every shot is framed for a phone, not cropped down from widescreen as an afterthought.
